1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use any digital product from Themegild ("we", "us"), including themes, sections and templates. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Licenses

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the license type you purchased.

  • Regular license: use the product in one end product that is free for end users to use, such as one Shopify store.
  • Extended license: use the product in one end product for which end users can be charged.

Each license covers one end product. Using the product in a second end product requires a second license. See the licenses page for a comparison.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute or share the product files or your license key as a standalone item.
  • Use the product in more end products than your license allows.
  • Remove copyright notices from the files.

4. License keys

Your license key is personal to you. A key may be activated on a limited number of store domains, as shown in your account. We may revoke a key if an order is canceled or the terms are broken.

5. Updates and support

Your license includes updates to the product you bought for as long as we offer it. It also includes six months of support from the date of purchase. Support covers how the product works and problems with the product itself. It does not include custom development.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described and we are unable to fix the problem. Contact us through the contact page to make a request.

7. Payments and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after that date.
