Effective October 16, 2026. This document describes how the store currently works. The store operator should review it with legal counsel and update it when new services, such as analytics or email, are added.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored in a protected form.
- Order details: your billing and delivery address, the products you bought and your license keys.
- License activations: the store domains where you activate a license key.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, including your name and email.
2. How we use it
- To process your order and provide your license key and downloads.
- To verify license keys and prevent misuse.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To keep the store secure and prevent abuse.
3. Cookies and local storage
We store a small amount of information in your browser. This includes your region choice so that prices appear in the right currency, your cart identifier so that your cart is kept between visits, and a sign-in token when you are logged in. These are needed for the store to work.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Who we share data with
We share information only with the services needed to run the store, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active and as long as the law requires for accounting. Contact messages are kept while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterward.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, subject to legal obligations. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
